personal israel prayers

Dearest friends and members,

As Devorah and I get ready to take a journey to our homeland - for the first time since before COVID - I cannot help but feel overwhelmed with gratitude to Hashem. It is with that in mind that our hearts overflow with love to you and this beautiful community we call home!

We would like to give back in the form of praying for you and yours at various holy places around Israel.

(Also, since we have been asked many times to bring Tzedakah to those who need, we have added that option to our form. It is just that - optional!)

May all your Tefillot be answered and may you pray for us to return rejuvenated and ready for an incredible High Holiday season, full of productivity and growth together with all of our friends in our beautiful community, Amen!

With so much love and so many blessings,
Rabbi Yonatan Halevy

PS I would greatly appreciate your personal commitment to make it to the Bet Knesset for the three Shabbatot we will not be here. Both men and women can help us create our beautiful Shabbat atmosphere by attending. Shabbat will be under the guidance of our regulars, whom I trust wholeheartedly to run Shabbat services in the spirit of Kehillat Shaar HaShamayim. May Hashem bless you two-fold, Amen!

PPS This trip is not a vacation, but rather the attendance of an important rabbinic convention in Jerusalem that will, with Hashem's help, further the work we are doing together at Shiviti around the world. As such, I will be available by email, WhatsApp, and iMessage throughout my duration in Israel. Do not hesitate to be in touch as you usually would!
