After ten incredible years of growth, connection, and community, Kehillat Shaar HaShamayim is expanding—and we’re inviting our global Shiviti family to help shape the future with us.

With gratitude to HaKadosh Baruch Hu and the dedication of our members, we are embarking on a transformative project to double the size of our beloved Bet Knesset.

This expansion is more than just a physical remodel—it’s the next chapter in the story of our community. We are creating space not only for our growing local families, but also for the many visiting members of the worldwide Shiviti family who have found a home here in San Diego.

The new space will include:
– A larger Bet Knesset and Bet Midrash to accommodate more voices in prayer and more hearts in learning.
– A children’s playroom to nurture the next generation in joy and safety.
– A dining and social hall to host our community meals, celebrations, and shared moments of connection.
– A new kitchen to support our hospitality and hosting efforts.

This is the heart of Shiviti—your community, your headquarters. Whether you have prayed with us in person, learned with us online, or felt the impact of this movement from afar, this expansion is yours to take part in.
