Shabbat Class Series - Please print and bring for Shabbat afternoon class! (Resumes this week)
During the next few Shabbatot, we will be studying Rabbi David Chelouche's (1920-2016) introduction to his Hemdah Genuzah.
Rabbi Chelouche was born in 1920 in Morocco and came to Israel in 1930. His father, Rabbi Yosef Chelouche, served as the Rav of the Moroccan community in Jerusalem.
He learned at Yeshivat Porat Yosef, and later married Rabbanit Dinah, the daughter of Rabbi Meir Vaknin, zt”l, Chief Rabbi of Teveriah.
In the early 1960s, Chief Rabbi Benzion Meir Hai Uziel assigned him to serve as Chief Rabbi of Netanya, a position he held until his passing.
Please print the papers below and bring them to class.
We will continue meeting in our temporary Bet Knesset location for Shabbat.
All members and regulars are invited to attend.

HIGH HOLIDAYS
It is with tremendous gratitude to HaKadosh Baruch Hu that we share with you the exciting news that our management has graciously accepted our request to continue use of the larger unit for our High Holiday Tefillot this year!
Due to COVID-19 limitations, High Holiday Tefillot are open to Kehillah members and regulars only (exceptions may be requested via email for immediate family on case-by-case basis, as well as for worldwide Shiviti members, space-permitting). All outsiders, even if they are guests of our members, will not be allowed entry.
We hope for a day where we can reinstate our famous Kehillat Shaar HaShamayim hospitality, and this is a necessary first step to reaching that goal.
Members and regulars who wish to attend any of the High Holiday meetings, must register in advance via our online form. Those who do not register will be unable to attend meetings upon arrival.
Registration deadline is 9/4 at 11:00pm.
To request the link for our online registration form, simply respond to this email or send an email to info@kshsd.org
