Brief Update From The Rabbi
Shalom!
We will continue meeting in our temporary Bet Knesset location for Shabbat.
If one has been infected with COVID-19 or has self-quarantined because of exposure to an individual infected or suspected to have been infected with COVID-19, we ask that you keep others in the Kehillah safe by being symptom-free and quarantining the correct amount of time before attending in-person meetings.We wish all our Kehillah members and their loved ones a Refuah Shelemah!

CLASSES
B'ezrat Hashem, all of our regular classes are scheduled to continue THIS week, b'ezrat Hashem, aside from Monday night Kollel and Tuesday's UK class.
Sunday class will be taking place as scheduled, b'ezrat Hashem.
You are invited to Monday evening's 8:30pm seminar on Hilchot Purim.
As part of our effort to rejuvenate the environment we have spent years creating in the Bet Midrash, all classes have returned to in-person learning as they were before COVID. Your assistance is kindly requested in order to revive the unique, in-person learning experience which we have all grown to know. Thank you for your full cooperation!
PURIM
Purim schedule will be sent out after Shabbat. Tentatively: We will have a Purim evening Megillah reading and celebration, as well as a morning Megillah reading and Seudah. We will not be having an afternoon party this year.

With gratitude to Hashem we are pleased to inform you that we are (finally) scheduled to visit later this month for the Shabbat of the 19th! We have wanted to do this since 2020 and finally are excited that it is coming to fruition!
We will be in the Hendon neighborhood of London from Friday until Monday, with a Melave Malka scheduled for Saturday night!

Expanding Horizons: Law(lessness) and (Dis)order (Part 4)
In this week's class, we will continue dispelling the myth that the Rama’s Halachic stances are “more stringent” than those of Maran by gathering dozens of examples where the former deviates from Talmudic Law while the latter upholds it, with a special focus on the permissibility of Rabbanim receiving payment for their services.
This class is part of our newest series “Expanding Horizons: Refreshing Perspectives From Giants of Jewish Thought” at the Shiviti Bet Midrash UK!
