Updates From The Rabbi
Update about the Rabbanit and Modified Shabbat Schedule
As some of you may have heard, the Rabbanit was in the hospital this week for gallbladder surgery. Baruch Hashem, she is home and recovering. As such, the Shabbat afternoon scheduled will be moved to our house as per her request, so that she can participate in the Shiur and Tefillah.
Modified Shavuot Schedule
We are grateful to HaKadosh Baruch Hu for our eighth Shavuot together!
This year, between my father and the Rabbanit's health challenges, I must modify our schedule so that we can offer our flagship Shavuot experience in the most viable way possible!
After Shavuot dinner, we will replace all-night learning with all-day learning instead! We will have one class during Thursday night dinner, and all are invited to go home for the night. We will pray Shacharit on Friday at 9:00am and a festive Kiddush lunch, followed by all-day learning until Mincha/Arvit.
While this is new for us, I ask for your patience with me and participation in the classes to ensure another incredible Chag together!
During Friday night, we will continue our tradition of community members teaching mini-Shiurim!
Exact details and registration will be sent out in the coming days!
