Rabbi Yitzchak Mahtov studied at the Ner Israel Rabbinical College while Rabbi Yonatan was there - one of its first six Persian students in 1999, is a close student of Rabbi Eliezer Ben David shlit"a, and is assistant rabbi at OHR HaEmet Institute in Los Angeles.
The Rabbi will share with us his personal journey to Torah, beginning in Iran, stopping over in Baltimore, and continuing in Los Angeles, while lacing his words with Torah wisdom and insights.
This class is open to all and free of charge.
Ladies are also welcome to stay for a short Kollel session until 10:00pm - but can also come for just the first lecture.
