Extra Security This Shabbat: Feel safe to join us!
הִנֵּ֣ה לֹֽא־יָ֭נוּם וְלֹ֣א יִישָׁ֑ן שׁ֝וֹמֵ֗ר יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ The Guardian of Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps!
Due to the tragic events of last Shabbat, we have hired private secuirty for this Shabbat's services - in addition to our own, in-house security - in order to create an atmosphere of safety for our Kehillah. Please feel safe to come to Bet Knesset with your families and enjoy a much-needed Shabbat experience. As a reminder, we have a general security meeting planned for this coming Monday night at 8:30pm.
A short memorial prayer will be recited for the holy Neshamot we lost.
If you wish to help cover the cost of this week's special security, please contact the Rabbi privately or respond to this email.

Rather, I am referring to the community who constantly prides itself as being “Halachically observant” and relishes at any opportunity to judge and critique all those who they deem as “not Halachically observant”...
