Dearest friends and members,

Is is with that in mind that our hearts overflow with love how you have been so good to us and this beautiful community we call home!

Please fill out this form and allow me the opportunity to reach out to Hashem on your behalf.

May all your Tefillot be answered and may you pray for me to return rejuvenated and ready for a new year of productivity and growth alongside our beautiful community, Amen!

Don't You Want To Be Eulogized?

I once had an extremely unsettling conversation that left its marks on me until this very day.

My wife and I once hosted acquaintances we had met while visiting a die-hard Chassidic enclave, one that was extreme even when compared to my wife’s own Chassidic circles.  Mr. and Mrs. Guest work in quite a successful business that they themselves own. They were both pleasantly intelligent and educated, and both relatively close in age to my wife and I. As is usually the case, our conversation quickly turned from small talk into an intense conversation on Jewish philosophy. At a certain point, my wife turned to Mrs. Guest and asked her, “what do you think?”. She quickly responded, “I am not educated enough in this matter, in order to have my own opinion”. We didn’t think twice about her response, and the conversation just flowed on to the next topic. READ MORE...

We are honored to be hosting HaRav Oded and Rebbetzin Nechama Nulman from Jerusalem, sister and brother-in-law of Rabbanit Devorah, as well as the Rabbi and Rabbanit's Shadchanim!

HaRav Oded is a Rosh Kollel and Maggid Shiur in many prestigious Kollelim and Yeshivot in Israel. Some may recall that HaRav Oded was in a serious car accident last year, suspected to be a terrorist attack.

This has left him with injuries that do not allow him to walk to Bet Knesset this Shabbat, and we therefore will be holding all regular Shabbat Tefillot and meals at the Rabbi and Rabbanit's home: 3667 Syracuse Ave.

Thank you for your consideration and we look forward to seeing you this Shabbat!

Distance Makes The Heart Grow Fonder

Peace is not always the best solution to a conflict.

There, I said it.

How many times have we been taught that we must always forgive, but never taught that there are those which our Torah does not demand us to forgive?
